Plan a GYSD Project

Global Youth Service Day mini-grants are now available!

Global Youth Service Day, April 26-28, is the world’s largest service event, and the only one dedicated to recognizing the contributions that young people make to their communities every day of the year. In Montana, young people and adult champions are coming together to serve and celebrate on Global Youth Service Day (GYSD). Schools, community and faith-based organizations, student groups, and individuals are planning and participating in events across the state.

Plan an event in your area! GYSD mini-grants are available from the Governor’s Office of Community Service to help support youth-led service projects held April 26-28. At least 20 grants of $150 will be available to groups across the state. Applications are due April 8, so get your planning group together and submit an application today!
