The mission of MT No Kid Hungry is to end childhood hunger by ensuring all children get the healthy food they need, every day. Federal Nutrition Programs such as school breakfast, afterschool meal programs and summer meal programs provide a sustainable source of healthy food to children that are income eligible; however, participation in these programs isn’t as high as it should be or could be. At Montana No Kid Hungry, we work to connect kids to healthy food by maximizing the reach, participation, and knowledge about the benefits of these Federal Nutrition Programs.
