Sponsored by the Governor's Office of Community Service, and the Corporation for National and Community Service, the 10th annual ServeMontana Symposium convenes over 300 AmeriCorps State & National, AmeriCorps VISTA and NCCC members and staff from across the state to further opportunities for a citywide service project, member development workshops and in service training.

The theme “Service: The Heart of Montana” emphasizes the importance of National Service in Montana as well as the skills, information-sharing, and training needed to ensure that AmeriCorps members can best serve their communities, whether at the start of their service term or as they near the end and seek future opportunities. This year's Symposium will feature keynote speakers, breakout sessions, and a regional networking event.

Each year, the ServeMontana Symposium kicks off with the Annual Doorsteps to Kid Packs citywide food drive, which collects food and donations benefiting Helena Food Share's Kid Packs program. In 2018, we collected over 10,078 pounds of food and over $25,000 dollars to help feed Helena-area kids. Thank you!
