The Montana Governor’s Office of Community Service’s 2016-2018 State Service Plan is a three-year plan that serves as a framework for service, volunteerism, and emergency preparedness in Montana. The State Service Plan is based in State Statute and is a requirement of the Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS). The three year plan is effective January 1, 2016 and will determine strategic goals and initiatives of the Commission on Community Service. The Office of Community Service has begun work on the 2019-2021 State Service Plan. Public Comment on the new plan will begin later in the summer.
