The Montana Commission on Community Service is seeking proposals from organizations for AmeriCorps grants that will address pressing community needs including but not limited to education, clean energy/environment, healthy futures, veterans and opportunity.
Special consideration will be given to projects that address one or more of the following: Governor’s strategic initiative for clean energy and math and science education; rural, underserved or areas of extreme poverty that are not currently served by AmeriCorps programs; disability inclusion in the design and delivery of the program; collaborative approach to program planning, design and delivery; and demonstrated ability to successfully administer an AmeriCorps of other federal grant or complex finances.
