Diana Bennett Recognized as Volunteer of the Game

HELENA, MT- The Governor’s Office of Community Service will recognize Diana Bennett as the “Volunteer of the Game” during Saturday’s Grizzly Military Appreciation Day home game.

Diana Bennett, of Kalispell, is being recognized for her volunteer work at the Montana Veterans Home in Columbia Falls. Diana has worked at the Veteran’s Home for over six years, and is a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VWF) Ladies Auxiliary. She currently serves as the Ladies Auxiliary President. With a smile always on her face and a kind word for the residents, her selfless contributions and time is truly appreciated the residents and Veteran’s Home staff alike.

The Governor’s Office of Community Service is recognizing community volunteers at home games throughout the 2013 Griz football season.

The Governor’s Office of Community Service expands and promotes national service and volunteerism in Montana and engages citizens in service and emergency preparedness.
